Q-Will you install parts that I supply?
A- No.  there are several reasons for this,  First, we need to mark-up the parts to stay in business.  Second,  if your parts are wrong or of low quality, it may cause our bays to be tied up and  interfering with our schedule.  Third, if your part fails or is bad from the beginning, we can not warranty the part nor the labor.  We use parts we trust and attempt to avoid any possible quality issues.

Q. Can you give me an estimate on…?
A
. Yes, we will always give you an estimate before we complete any work on your car. however, we will not give estimates on the phone without seeing your vehicle.

Q. Do you sell tires?
A
. Yes, we can recommend tires for your vehicle and we will supply, balance and install them with the latest tire equipment. At competitive prices.

Q. Do I have to pay diagnostic charges even if I think I know what the problem is?
A.
Yes, we always need to run diagnostic tests to ensure that we are making the correct repair. If you decline and we just replace parts that you tell us, and the problem isn’t fixed, you are faced with bigger repair costs.

Q. Does the diagnostic charge go toward the cost of the repair?
A
. Diagnostic charges are for finding the cause of the problem and are shown and charged separately on your bill.

Q. Do you do warranty work?
A.
We will perform all of your factory recommended services and keep your manufacturer's warranty valid. However, if you have a problem which is still covered under your warranty you have to take your vehicle back to the dealership for warranty repairs.
